Dr. Henry Williams, CEO LTC Cyber Solutions, LLC
Dr. Williams’ career spans 20 years of planning, managing, leading, and supervising organizational systems and programs. He has experience in leading personnel in the planning and logistical execution of maintaining continuity of operations of sensitive and non-sensitive computer networks.
Responsible for managing the development and implementation of Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Directorate Information Security Manager program and provides leadership and oversight for the development, coordination, application, and evaluation of all policies and activities within the DISA relating to the ISM Program. Develops and maintains strategic plans relating to the ISM Program and interprets patterns of non-compliance to determine their impact on levels of risk and/or overall effectiveness of the enterprise’s ISM Program.
Collaborates with cybersecurity personnel on the security risk assessment process to address privacy compliance and risk mitigation and collaborates with key stakeholders to measure and improve the ISM Program. Advises appropriate senior leadership of changes affecting the organization’s ISM Program. Communicates the value of IT security to all ISM Program stakeholders and advises senior management (e.g., Program Manager and Senior Executive Service personnel) on risk levels and security posture associated with the ISM Program and its effectiveness.
Provides guidance on laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures which consist of OMB A-123, FISMA 800-53, and SCAP compliance checker to divisional ISMs and directs and coordinates ISM program activities, works closely with the ISMs, and communicates program requirements to stakeholders. Leads the ISMs in assessing program and operational strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the ISM in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made (e.g., in work methods, processes, and procedures).
Patrick Gendron, Chief Financial Advisor
Patrick Gendron joined the Rikoon Group in 2016 and has been in the financial services industry since 2008. Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Mexico. Originally from the Mimbres Valley in southern New Mexico, Patrick has a deep love for the environment and practicing lifestyles that are in harmony with the land. At the University of New Mexico, he was the Campus Director of the New Mexico Public Interest Research Group and he helped organize students to get involved with environmental and consumer rights issues. Upon graduation, Patrick moved to Berkeley California where he worked for one of the country’s largest banks. After five years in the Bay Area, he longed to return to the Land of Enchantment and so he moved to Santa Fe, where he worked for a well-respected mutual fund management company. Patrick enjoys most outdoor activities including photography, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. He also believes in giving back to the community and serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit called ARTsmart that provides New Mexico youth with art, literacy, and life skills. At the Rikoon Group, Patrick specializes in researching and structuring investment methodologies that include Environmental and Socially Responsible criteria.
Dr. Patricia Velaquez, Chief Psychologist
Dr. Velazquez holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science as well as a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has been published in both fields, has extensive training in psychoanalysis, and provides supervision for therapists throughout the country.
As a relational analyst, Dr. Velazquez believes strongly that attunement, responsiveness, and the integration of affect is at the core of human development. She has a passion for the development of self-awareness and in helping individuals and companies to create healthy patterns of communication. Informing her practice is extensive research regarding the factors that promote women’s success, as well as mentoring, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the recovery from trauma.
Dr. Velazquez was born in Argentina and brings a strong multicultural perspective based on living at the intersection of multiple cultures and languages. Her life experience has shown her the power of human resilience, emotional intelligence, and the mentoring of women on the path to personal and professional fulfillment.
She maintains a private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
